Barry Joseph, a seasoned customer home builder, has been at the helm of his business since 1989.  Born and raised in Sussex County Delaware, Barry has deep roots in the community,  which have greatly influenced his commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized homes in the area.  With over three decades of experience, Barry brings unparalleled expertise and a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. 

Barry's personal life is as fulfilling as his professional one.  He has been happily married to his wife, Cindy, for 36 years.  Together they have two sons who have grown up witnessing their parents' dedication and hard work.  Cindy plays a crucial role in the business, managing office administration work and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
